Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Key Account Sales Manager to drive market growth among Chinese outbound enterprises. This role focuses on engaging with key decision-makers in China, delivering Sailglobal’s international recruitment and payroll solutions, and helping Chinese companies achieve seamless global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Market Penetration: Identify, connect with, and build relationships with high-potential Chinese outbound enterprises expanding their global workforce.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Chinese companies, with a focus on long-term growth and success in international markets.
Client Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into Sailglobal’s global employment solutions, including overseas recruitment, expatriate visas, Employer of Record (EOR), global payroll, flexible workforce management, compliance, and HR advisory services.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through new client acquisition and expansion of key accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key business decision-makers, delivering impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate Sailglobal’s value.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Market Insights: Collect and report market intelligence specific to Chinese outbound enterprises to support Sailglobal’s product development and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a focus on key account management. Prior experience in outbound business sales is a plus.
HR Solutions Knowledge: Familiarity with HR SaaS, payroll, compliance, and global recruitment solutions.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Chinese business environment and the challenges Chinese companies face in overseas expansion.
Relationship-driven: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to help Sailglobal establish influence in the China outbound market.
Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and opportunities.

First-round video interview with future manager or department head
Second-round interview with the CEO (online or offline)
Additional rounds if needed for further discussion
Completion of a job-related assignment within a set timeframe during the process
