Position Overview

As a key role in Sailglobal’s global business expansion — Global Mobility & Visa Specialist — you will provide professional global mobility and visa services to clients, creating compliance value while uncovering and realizing commercial opportunities. You will lead the delivery of visa and mobility services, driving the implementation of the company’s global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Service Delivery

Manage end-to-end work visa/business visa processes across multiple key countries.
Establish a dynamic visa knowledge base, keeping up-to-date with immigration policies (including contingency plans).
Design client-specific compliance and mobility solutions to minimize overseas employment risks.

Commercial Value Development

Build trust through visa services and identify extended client needs such as payroll and recruitment.
Lead renewals and upsell negotiations with high-value clients and key accounts.
Productize frequently used services, creating paid service packages for various visa solutions.

Client Ecosystem Building

Participate in or host client salons on "Global Workforce Compliance" with partners.
Operate industry-specific client communities (e.g., cross-border e-commerce, new energy, gaming).
Promote client referrals to achieve multi-channel word-of-mouth acquisition.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of global mobility/visa management experience, handling 50+ cross-border cases.
Proven track record in delivering visa and mobility services for key clients.
Excellent business communication in Chinese and English (capable of leading multinational client meetings).

Preferred:

Experience with immigration law firms or global mobility departments of multinational companies.
Knowledge of a secondary language (e.g., Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese).
Familiarity with overseas HR services and business models.

Interview Process

Resume screening and HR phone interview;
First-round video interview with future leader or department head;
Second-round interview with CEO (online or in-person);
Additional rounds if needed for further discussion;
During interviews, candidates may be asked to complete role-related tasks within a set timeframe.
