Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with both strategic vision and execution capabilities to shape and promote the global market future of a Chinese HR technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Building & Strategic Positioning
Establish and strengthen Sailglobal’s global brand identity and recognition system, defining a differentiated brand strategy.
Lead the development and execution of brand communication plans, including brand story, value propositions, visual identity, and content style.
Growth-Driven Marketing Strategy
Build growth-focused demand generation strategies targeting enterprise clients (content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, industry events, etc.).
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop lead acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, ensuring marketing-sales alignment for growth.
Content & Communication Management
Lead bilingual (Chinese & English) content marketing, including website, white papers, speeches, industry trend analysis, media interviews, and customer case studies.
Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance Sailglobal’s influence in the HR SaaS and global HR industry.
Market Analysis & Competitive Insights
Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis, extracting Sailglobal’s key differentiators and market positioning.
Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance (ROI), driving optimization with data insights.
Team Building & Future Development
Recruit and manage initial marketing team members while fostering cross-department collaboration.
Demonstrate potential to grow into Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) within 1–2 years, fully owning global marketing strategy and organizational development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 4+ years of B2B marketing experience; experience in SaaS, enterprise services, cross-border, or HR industry preferred.
Strategic mindset with proven expertise in brand building and growth marketing.
Strong bilingual (Chinese & English) communication and writing skills for international markets.
Sharp market sense, strong project management, and data-driven analytical abilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and able to execute efficiently in a resource-limited startup environment.
Leadership potential with willingness to take on broader management and strategic responsibilities as the company grows.

Interview Process

Resume screening and HR phone interview.
First-round video interview with future manager or department lead.
Second-round interview with the CEO (online or offline).
Additional third-round interview if necessary.
Case assignment related to the role during the interview process.
