Support is available in the client's preferred language, ensuring clear communication and a seamless service experience. For Chinese clients, all support can be provided in Chinese.

sailglobal Founder and CEO Dr. Lin Weixing is also the Founder and Chairman of Chenggong Human Resources Group. He serves as an industry professor at Nanjing University in the field of Human Resources, where he also completed both his undergraduate and doctoral studies.

Dr. Lin is a member of the Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He led the development of the first provincial human resources industry standard in China and has extensive professional expertise and practical experience in the HR industry.

In 2004, he founded Chenggong Human Resources Group in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The group is a comprehensive HR services enterprise covering the entire human resources value chain, with annual revenue exceeding RMB 10 billion. Today, the company operates branches in multiple cities worldwide and serves clients across industries including telecommunications, electronics, IT, automotive, pharmaceuticals, finance, logistics, and fast-moving consumer goods.

In 2015, Dr. Lin was recognized as one of the “Top 10 Leading Talents in the Human Resources Services Industry in Jiangsu Province” by the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, the Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission, and the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Department.
